Add line items whose amounts should be excluded from commission-eligible revenue (e.g., donation lines). Enter the exact line-item name as it appears on the Serviceminder invoice — matching is exact, so add each variant separately. Note: excluding a negative-priced line (a discount-style item) will increase commissionable revenue, since its amount is subtracted.
